mp3 download  Flames Of Love  , from the Path cd.
Written by singer bass guitarist Kathy Watson/Dennis Farrelly/Huw Lewis  (copyright1999)
This arrangement is very moody and quirky, very appealing.

mp3 download  This River  also  from the Path cd.
Written by singer acoustic guitarist Tony Nirta. (copyright 1999)

A very nice song, this arrangement is very much a lively recording, earthy and powerful.

Mudmen remained as a three piece band for some time.
Adelaide drummer Billy Regione joined us in Jan. '98 and plays a few tunes on the third cd Mudmen -  Path  1999
released in Dec. '99 , played a few shows with us and fitted like a glove.
September saw us swapping back to our old line up as Billy Regione joined us for rehearsals.
The self-titled debut was dominated by singer/guitarist Tony Nirta, while
the follow-up, Love Saltbush, was a work driven by Kathy Watson, (aka Saltbush Kate).

 Extended family members
Drummer/Vocalist  Rob Binelli occasionally joins us , adds nicely to the live sound.
Peter Raidell on saxophone and Dave Palmer on trombone offer some nice work
on songs such as Mumbo, This Time and Curious adding subtle and dynamic contributions.

Some of Path's tracks, such as Flames of Love and Mumbo, date back to the
beginnings of the band in the early '80s, more on that later.
