May and June at Studio Flamenco… All welcome! A combination of yoga
and pilates techniques – great for increasing strength, flexibility
and energy levels for dancers and non-dancers alike.

Who can participate? Everyone!! Flamenco
is for males and females of all ages. It’s a great way to keep fit.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing, women and girls can wear skirts. If
possible, wear shoes with a heel (they have to make a sound when you stamp)

Flamenco in the City - Beginners Classes
Studio Flamenco offers dance classes in the city at lunchtimes on Tuesdays- this is a great way to break up your working day and do some fun exercise!

Studio Flamenco Child Minding Facilities
Studio Flamenco offers a child minding service during Thursday morning classes suitable for children 5 years and under. Child minding is held in a purpose built room adjacent to the dance studio and is fully equipped with toys, change table, toilet and sink, and a fully fenced outdoor play area.
