Irrelevant Ramblings

A look into the life of someone who is searching for everything without a map.

I have never figured out why someone would want to live near noise. In this case a train line where people going past on the train can literally see into your living room and see what you have on TV apart from the bedsheets they have put up in lieu of curtains (more about that later) These apartment/townhouse sort of things are brand new. I've gone and had a look at them. There was no answer from the agent about the vibrations from the train. What sales spin could he give? That its your own massage facility twice every 15 minutes on weekdays during the day, 20 minutes on the weekend? Real estate agents, they are all liars. Ranks at the same level as used car salespeople (politically correct, *sigh*) in terms of ethics :P

Back to the bedsheets as curtains thing, is that just so typically asian? O_o I remember my mum doing that in our old house. These people have had them there for about 3 weeks now. (I check on it daily as I go past on the train twice a day) :P Surely it doesn't take *that* long to get it done. Maybe that is the new look? :D

Found out that I start my new job on Monday, so I get to move desks again. 3rd desk in 3 weeks. Hopefully I get a new computer too with a 17" LCD screen like I have now (wishful thinking) I am also meant to be picking up my new car tomorrow, they said they would call me yesterday when the car go there, but of course no call... so still waiting. :|
