Another weekend and week is zooming by it seems. Watched Spanglish on Friday night. *thumbs down* and it was only made worse by the fact that we had to pay full price for it as we didn't do the online $10 booking for the movie :( Oh wells.
Work has been extra busy lately, just too many demands on my time and not enough time to fit it all in. Hopefully it should improve next week or the week after. I feel like I need about a week off just so I can sleep in everyday, the weekends just aren't enough and there's only two mornings when you can sleep in. :P I have always proposed getting everything at work done in two days and having a five day weekend :D
CSI is just getting rediculous, there is (with repeats) something like five episodes showing every week. CSI + Law and Order(s) = investigations overload. Surely the criminals should have learnt how to outsmart the best by now? Although its not likely police investigate in real life to that amount of "caring" and detail for every case. It certainly wasn't the case in our case... *rolls eyes* :P

Cos I was bored... taken from the RBJ forums ;)
And because I've found I can catch up in a quiet corner and use my PDA to take notes of stuff I read at Borders... here's a pic of the view from my favourite seat :D
I need some advice. I need to STOP BUYING MY CLOTHS AT WAL-MART!!!! I will never land a decent woman unless I shave this nasty facial hair, and spend more then $5 on a haircut.

Finally bit the bullet and went and purchased this from Megamart (got them to price match too :D) so now I can listen to MP3s and maybe even reply some emails on the commute to and from work.

After the floods of last week (and yes, half the city was flooded) we now have some brown water out in the middle of the bay that is full of rubbish. So much for summer. Happens again today that its raining. Hopefully not as bad as last week.
No matter what you do, you can't appease everyone, its the old... Windows vs Mac and why you support one and not the other. I just don't know why they can't get over it and realise that we can't afford to develop systems for all OSes and browsers. We have to go for the greatest common "type" out there.

OK, it hasn't stopped raining the whole day and its like winter outside. Quite a few people were caught out last night when the weather changed and went from 35 degrees C to <20 degrees in a couple of hours. And then the rains came... I can only hope that its doing some good to the reservoirs. At least our garden won't be so dry and desolate now, probably only for the plants to be drowned by all the water :D
