Getting to and from work has turned into a good observation of human nature and the lovely smell of people :( This morning was no different, I get on at the second station from the end of the line, but even so, I was lucky to get a seat. People further down the line stood for most of the 30 mins into the city. One lady sat opposite me after drenching herself in perfume to ward of the bo. Like I really wanted to die from inhaling your fumes... at least they don't allow smoking anymore otherwise there would've been some spontaneous combustion :D All of this is due to a neighbouring train line being closed since the start of January to build a new bridge. My train line has been over-run with refugees who don't want to use the replacement buses. At least they should be finished in about 2 weeks time (2 weeks ahead of schedule, must be a first :D)
Work has its own challenges once I get there. It's, as they say, more "opportunities" for me to work in. Unfortunately, having more opportunities doesn't equate to more money. Nor being really considered part of any team is the real thing that bugs me though. Have to do something about this sooner rather than later. :(
