Vitamins

And vitamins: they are the stock-in-trade of people with MS. When you can't do anything else, you take vitamins. The ones that I used to take are Herbalife. When I first started taking them I immediately noticed a difference. So I keep taking them, with occasional breaks which remind me that they do really have a positive effect. What did I take? How much did I take?

This is what the stuff is called This is how it's described This is how much & how often
Herbalifeline essential fatty acids 2 caps 3 times a day
Formula 2 B6 2 tabs 3 times a day
Formula 3 vitamin & mineral supplement 1 tab 3 times a day
Formula 4 unsaturated fatty acid supplement 1 cap 3 times a day
Tang Kuei herbs 1 tab 3 times a day

I used to take NRG, Florafibre & Formula 1 but I stopped afrter awhile. I also started with a bottle of Herbal-Aloe. And it worked for me. It's not cheap but it worked for me

But of course, I could not leave well enough alone - I played around with the mix, and now (11/02) I still take EFA's but also a multivitamin, the Life Extension Mix from the LEF people and I'm trying some oral B12 and Korean ginseng
