Building a Nest Box for the Rosella A Typical Nest Box for the Rosella
There is actually a rosella that looks like the one on the Rosella Tomato Sauce bottle! Most rosellas are brighly coloured. There are five common types in South Australia. All of them have distinct colours from reds and greens to yellow, black and greens. Another Typical Nest Box for Rosellas
SPECIAL NOTES
Face the hole slightly down and to the north-east if possible. This way little rain can get in and your rosellas will get some morning sun to make them happy. These guys are not afraid of heights! They like it high up. 5 to 10 metres is ideal.
