I can define much of my childhood through the books I read. They taught me about life and allowed me to explore worlds outside my own. Now, as a big kid, I love nothing more than the adventure of writing and illustrating for children, and exploring the world through their tiny eyes.

I write stories for a variety of ages; picture books, mid-grade novels, YAs and also graphic novels. I love humour and quirky characters, however my stories are also often emotive, with fantasy and other worldly elements. My illustrations range from highly textured and symbolic to light and playful, depending on the text.
