OK, so the Saints are aren't a walkover. Lordy, lordy me, my little heart skipped a bit when the Saints kicked 5 unanswered goals in the 3rd term!!! JESUS!  Although, I think the game would certainly help to make us realise that there is no team that is a complete deadbeat, like the Hawks thought about the Dockers last week. How embarrashment, mate.

First win at Colonial (non-Ansett Cup that is.. we did beat Geelong there), 100 for Matty, some sensational work by our forwards, Cornesy and Tredders, but my favourite was Flash Francis who, again, did some truly unbelievable things.  His solo goal where he ran for over 80 metres, eluded opposition players and then bombed in from over 50 out was pure gold.  Love your work, son.

Choco playing Wangers in defence is a masterstroke and it was Wanganeens tenacious fighting on the ground that helped salvage what was left of the game in our favour. They were inside 50 more, had more possessions, took more marks, got more hard ball gets but we still won. Relief.

With only 3 more rounds, the certainty is no more whether we will be in the finals or not BUT will we be in the four, or better yet, in the top 2? Brisbane is just a machine at the moment and I sincerely think that they would knock Essendon off if the Grand Final was next week between these 2 teams.  Roll on Geelong.  Don't forget to have a look at the new Grand Stand at Footy park after the Geelong game that we win by 72 points. (Go Port!) 

Highlight:
1) Fabian's sensational solo effort. Unbelievable.

Lowlight:
1) Letting them get 5 goals back. Mark and Fran and me were just like rabid dogs barking at the television!
