I receive hundreds of emails every week, and at least 60% are spam (junk mail).
Therefore you need to identify yourself as a genuine correspondent,
by using terms such as Re-earthing, Permaculture, or the title of the page on my website
which particularly interests you
in the subject line.

Re-earthing the Cities will appear in the subject line automatically.

Emails with no subject, one-word subjects, or generic phrases as subject will almost certainly be deleted.

If you do not receive a reply within a few days, the subject line may be the reason,
or you may need to identify me to your own anti-spam programme.

If you want to send me photographs, PLEASE reduce the files to a reasonable size.
I am not on broadband, and large files take ages to download. My ISP doesn't like them much either!

By the way, when I receive a request for specific information,
I take as much time and trouble as is necessary to send a useful and relevant reply.
Even when it is obvious that there has been no attempt on the part of the questioner
to use a search engine, I still take the time to give
simple but relevant instructions on how to search.
A brief "Thankyou!" would be much appreciated.
