How to contact the rooms

The phone number for all enquiries and appointments is 6771 0968. The Reception staff are generally available to answer the telephone between 9 am and 5 pm week days. If the phone cannot be answered, you may be diverted to the Armidale Private Hospital switchboard.

Making an appointment

All consultations (including follow-up appointments for conditions treated previouisly by Dr Jeff Myers) require a current (up-to-date) referral from a medical practitioner. This may be your general practitioner or a another specialist. You may make your appointment either by phone or in person. It is essential for you to bring your referral letter as well as x-rays, disks and other results of investigations that may be relevant. It is also helpful to have an accurate list of your current medications and allergies, as well as information concerning previous surgery.

But I don't have private insurance!

Although the office is situated within the Armidale Private Hospital building, the practice is completely independent of the Hospital, and all referred patients can be seen whether they have private health cover or not. If investigations or procedures are required, Dr. Seglenieks is able to manage these either in the public or private system. There is of course a fee for the consultation itself, with a rebate that may be obtained through Medicare.
