We will be travelling to FIJI at the end of JUNE 2010; and will be staying at the 4 star NAVITI Resort. This excellent and gay friendly resort is all inclusive. All meals, drinks (all local beers, spirits and soft drinks), non-motorised activities and air-fares. Plus all taxes for a cost of $1145 for 4 nights; including transfers to and from Nadi Airport. This is excellent value as we have just stayed at NAVITI on the Coral Coast located of the main island of Viti Levu 30mins by courtesy bus from the airport. As soon as it was worked out we were gay we were well looked after by all staff. The quality of the meals and the hospitality of NAVITI are what this resort is best known for. We are staying for 11 nights; for a small extra daily charge. If you are interested; you will not be disappointed |

As part of the food trail we travel to Auburn to visit a particularly good Turkish restaurant. SOFRA serves a wide variety of tantalising meals from this region. Falafels to kebab skewers as well as pide and pizza. This very reasonably priced restaurant caters for all tastes. Vegetarians are also well catered for. SOFRA is a no alcohol restaurant; but we may go for a drink over the road later. |

Scotland Island Pittwater |

We will spend a lazy day exploring this peaceful escape from city life. Scotland Island is only a short ferry ride from Church Point; and rises like a mountain from the southern end of Pittwater. There are spectacular glimpses of Pittwater as we meander along the virtually deserted roads We will have lunch and a swim on the western side of the island. Christmas bushwalk & picnic Clontarf Beach, Middle Harbour |

Nestled along the banks of Middle Harbour is Clontarf Beach. This pretty beach starts in the south in front of residential houses and winds past Clontarf Reserve to Clontarf Marina in the north. We will have a Christmas picnic at the reserve and Jeff is talking about putting on breakfast for us.
