LARP weekend 1999 Most of this costume is actually borrowed from a friend of mine. I had been invited along to a LARP (Live Action Role-Playing) weekend. I'd done a couple of things a few years prior but had never really god involved. This time around I'd decided to come along and join in. My friend Dave is about my size (though a little taller) and also has long dak hair and a goatee. On several occassions other people would see me from behind and call out "Dave!" only to realise their mistake later. The cuirass, vambraces, tassets and hat are all leather with metal rings sewn onto them for extra protection. The shirt was one of mine made froma coarse cotton and the leggings were a fake fur.
The bow was mine, the arrows and the rubber sword were also borrowed
