For Maragret & Andreas's ISM party
The fabric was something I found at Spotlight while hunting for material. I'm not really sure what sort of fabric it is. It's feels like suede but it was reasonably cheap (under $10 a metre) and I thought it would be perfect. The design is a simple robe with an elasticised collar and long draped sleeves that fold back on themselves as a cuff. The hood has a wide collar onto which a "septacle" was embroidered using gold piping (I thought something a bit different from a traditional pentacle). Gold macrame cord knotted at various points to form a long belt with trailing ends. The suitable dour experession I supplied myself. |
