Are Aussie troops in more danger?

This is a rather bizzare questions posed as an internet poll today on ninemsn. Do we think our Aussie troops are getting into further danger? Now it does not take sherlock holmes to realise that when your in a foreign country that has been at war, where alot of natives dont want you, wearing military clothing, carring weapons, and basically telling the country folk what they can and cannot do, that there is going to be some degree of danger. Is there really anyone in this country who believes they are not in danger. The danger began when they boarded the ship to go over there. Thats what they signed up for. Thats why they are the military. They didn't go over to bake cup cakes for the Iraqi people. They went to help keep the peace. And that in itself is the danger.
