Recycle Australia

Well it would appear that Australia may not be the lucky country after all. News today reveals that we are behind a number of other countries in the world for recycling our waste. It appears that it is just not a priority in this sunburnt country. What kind of a world are we leaving for our kids? Do we not seem to care? Are we teaching our children how to look after the planet, or are we teaching them to spare nothing. Does anyone in this country care if ozone levels rise or fall? does anyone care if landfill sites become scarce?

This may have been the lucky country once. But now it seems we are the ignorant country. Are we to become as arrogant as our American counterparts? Will the rest of the world be leaning on us soon. Must we undergo trade sanctions before we wise up. One must ponder the question, Do we do as we preach? This little duck thinks not!
