The Portarlington Sailing Club Inc. extends a welcome to your Association to host your Victorian State Titles for the future years approaching. Portarlington Sailing Club have for many years now been hosting and conducting many State and National Championships for various Associations and may have already hosted one of yours in the past. The Committee and all members are very proud of the reputation the club has built in conducting titles. In the recent years the club has concentrated in titles held on either weekends or long weekends throughout the year.

The Portarlington Sailing Club provide some fantastic facilities which both large and small Associations find very convenient. The club house is a two storey building comprising of a large family room and control tower upstairs, and a kitchen, showers, toilets and double garage down stairs. Directly in front of the club is ample beach providing rigging area for off the beach classes. Beyond that is the racing area giving spectators a fantastic view of the race. Along each side of the club is ample car and trailer parking. Directly behind the club is the Portarlington Foreshore Reserve. A range of accommodation is available from camping sites to on site vans. The club also has direct access to two, 4 lane boat ramps Trailable Yachts. The ladies of the club provide a canteen service for the series which can involve all meals breakfast, lunch and tea.

The most important part, the racing. The club has two rescue boats which are used for setting the course and rescues, the start and finish is controlled from a trailable yacht. We can set courses of up to one nautical mile in length and have a range of marks that can be used for the course layout. Sailing Instructions and computer generated results can be supplied on request.
