KANESADA, late koto period;

mei: “Kanesada”;
sugata: hira-zukuri, mitsu-mune;
nagasa: 23.9 cm, uchi-zori;
nakago: higaki yasurime, one mekugi ana
hamon: suguha with ko-nie;
boshi: ko-maru with medium kaeri;
kitae: itama-hada, some straight grain forming masame, shows a nie-utsuri, tight ji-gane;
Follows a Rai school style, especially the smooth suguha, which apparently was common for this tosho.
