KANEHISA, late koto period;

mei: “Kanehisa”;
sugata: tanto, hira-zukuri, iori-mune;
nagasa: 21.8 cm, motohaba 2.57 cm, kasane 0.97 cm, very slight sori, almost straight;
nakago: ubu, one mekugi-ana, ha-agari kuri-jiri, ni-ji mei;
hamon: nie-deki, strong gunome midare, tends to point backwards, some small sunagashi;
boshi: pointed midare-komi with large turnback (kaeri fukashi);
jitetsu: ko-itame hada with obvious grain and much ji-nie;

Late Muromachi period, Mino Sue-Seki, not sure which smith by this name. Wide and healthy blade.
