Kanehisa late koto Sue Seki: o’tanto/wakizashi

KANEHISA, late koto period;

mei: “Kanehisa”;
sugata: o’tanto or wakizashi, shobu-zukuri, iori-mune;
nagasa: 39.1 cm, motohaba 3.17 cm, kasane 0.61 cm, slight sori 0.9 cm;
nakago: ubu, one mekugi-ana, kata-yamagata tip, ni-ji mei;
hamon: nie-deki, suguha and ko-gunome, many sunagashi; hamon along part of shinogi;
boshi: pointed ko-maru with hakikake, and small kaeri;
jitetsu: itame hada and masame hada with obvious grain and much ji-nie;
[Mino-to p.64; may be associated with those on p.76]
Late Muromachi period, Mino Sue-Seki and probably of Naoe Shizu Ha.
