KANEFUSA late koto (K68): otanto

KANEFUSA, late koto period;

mei: “Kanefusa”.
sugata: otanto hira-zukuri, slight sori of 0.2 cm, iori-mune.
nagasa: 29.7 cm; width at hamachi 2.74 cm, thickness at hamachi (kasane) 0.56 cm.
nakago: ubu, kurijiri tip, 1 mekugi-ana, ni-ji mei.
hamon: nie-deki, rounded gunome midare, lower half has sunagashi, some togariba.
boshi: omote is jizo and ura is pointed ko-maru, both with small kaeri.
kitae: jitetsu is itame hada nagare with jinie and chikei.
Horimono: bo-hi on both sides extends into nakago (kaki-nagashi).

There are a number of KANEFUSA, this one is of Kanefusa Ha late Muromachi (Sue-Koto) kodai (later generation).
