JUMYO, early Shinto (Edo) period

mei: mumei ( 壽命 )
sugata: katana, shinogi-zukuri, torii-zori of 1.4 cm, iori-mune.
nagasa: 69.1 cm; width at hamachi 2.92 cm, thickness at hamachi (kasane) 0.70 cm,
width at kissaki 2.14 cm.
nakago: appears to be shortened, rounded kurijiri, 1 mekugi-ana (partial hole on tip), yo-ji mei.
hamon: nie-deki small gunome midare.
boshi: midare komi with no kaeri.
kitae: jitetsu of mixed itame and mokume hada of good grain with jinie.
horimono: bohi on both sides.

A thick curved katana of around Kanbun period (1661+). End of nakago has been shortened,
and both machi have been moved up.
