~Australian Idol Drinking Game~
"Not a good idea really... ^_^."
You know how a drinking game of this sort works? Find some friends, sit down to watch Australian Idol and every time something on this list happens, take a sip of your drink. The last one still conscious wins. Now, we don't really want to promote over-consumption of alcohol here so maybe you should drink fruit juice or something. ^_-.
This is all in fun. ^_^.
Take a sip when...
Mark Holden says "touchdown!"
Marcia points out that Cosima has taken all their feedback on board.
Dicko attracts great hostility from the crowd.
Someone says "go the 'fro".
Rob makes innuendos with James.
Someone describes Shannon as a country lad.
Mark and Marcia try to undermine Dicko's comments.
Cosima can't sit down.
Mark is incoherent.
The hosts introduce a new SMS phone poll for people to waste their money on.
Guy uses the words "freak out".
Young girls cite "he's hot" as their reason for liking Rob best.
Marcia says something positive.
The audience is encouraged to vote, as though they need prompting.
Guy or Shannon calls someone a "top bloke".
Dicko says that Cosima has really grown throughout her time on the show.
The hosts repeat the judges' comments more than once during the live verdict show.
Marcia says "you know what I'm sayin'?"
...or "dat's what I'm talkin' 'BOUT!"
...or "that's all I have to say."
The audience screams for no reason.
Shannon uses the adjective "champion".
The audience is subjected to tedious footage of the initial auditions.
Dicko doesn't think Rob is stretching himself enough.
Someone says "awesome".
...Two sips if it's not Guy!
The bottom 2/3 thump each other for emotional support.
Guy hugs someone.
The show runs overtime.
Marcia is not very honest.
Mark says that someone naaaailed it.
A contestant looks wretched with lack of sleep.
Cosima gets emotional.
Guy sings something that mentions rainbows.
Marcia tells someone to "do it for the girls".
Someone expresses the view that they're not very fond of Monday nights.
Dicko doesn't approve of the song choice.
Someone connects Guy's voice with celestial things ('heaven sent', 'voice of an angel', etc etc).
Cosima looks completely different to how she looked the previous week.
Guy wears fake piercings and is slightly self-conscious about it. ^_^.
A fart noise is made.
Kelly is called the rock chick.
...two sips if she manages not to look vaguely irritated by this.
Bek mentions her boys.
Cosima worries how her Dad will react to her clothes.
Guy takes a playful swipe at Dicko.
The hosts switch to a completely unnecessary ad break during the Monday night results.
Mark and Dicko nearly come to blows.
Finish the whole drink if...
A contestant leaves and everyone else is visibly quite pleased.
An Idol gets more than five hours of sleep a night.
Someone swears.
An entire episode passes with no hugging whatsoever.
Paulini hits a flat note.
The Idols start bitching about each other.
The hosts announce the voting results without first repeating twelve permutations of "Australia has voted, and after last night's show..."
Mark and Dicko actually do come to blows!
