Operating Hours
Lessons are available 4 days a week, and take place either outside or in the indoor arena, depending on weather and ground condition. Our hours of operation are:

Danbury Park Equitation is located at 101 Western Port Hwy (also known as Dandenong Hastings Rd), Somerville. Danbury Park appears in the Melways, at map reference 140 E12. We are only 45 minutes from the city via the Monash Freeway, and within close proximity of other parts of the Mornington Peninsula. If you're coming from the city via the Monash Freeway be sure to follow the signs towards Hastings. Please note that people who have tried to get here using their GPS have often had trouble!! Please don't just rely on your GPS, you should also print off the directions referred to above to help you find us. |
Getting Here by Public Transport
To reach us by public transport you can get the Met train to Frankston. Once you reach Frankston you can take a taxi to Danbury Park (about $20).
Alternatively you can catch a bus to Somerville, the buses are often waiting at Frankston station. Once you reach Somerville you will then require a taxi to get to Danbury Park ($6 - $8).
If taking a taxi, note that taxis are readily available from Frankston station, but from Somerville you would generally need to call for one (local taxis can be booked on 59791305).
There are also trains that run infrequently from Frankston to Somerville, but note that the Somerville railway timetable is limited. Another rail option from the south east is to catch the train to Cranbourne and then taxi from there.

We typically send out information to our mailing list around 8 times per year (so you won't be bombarded with unwanted emails!). Note that we do not pass email addresses or other personal information on to any third parties. You can also be removed from our mailing list at any time by emailing us and requesting that you be removed.
