We sell a ticket for a show in good faith that the performance, venue and show will be available to you as advertised. The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, ticket prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity. If a performance or event is cancelled for any cause reasonably beyond our control, there is no right to refund or exchange and no obligation is assumed for arranging of a substitute service, event or performance. However, we will endeavour to replace your ticket with one for another show within the same season subject to availability.
We will accept requests to reserve tickets for performances on a ‘pay-at-the-door’ basis. We reserve the right to sell 'pay at the door' tickets within 10 minutes of curtain up if demand requires and a payment has not been received prior. Preference will always be given to ticketholders who have paid in advance. These requests must be made in writing by email, telephone, mail or by completing a booking form.
Late arrivals may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance. The Venue management reserves the right of admission.
Concession tickets are sold to those proving that they are under 16, or unwaged, or in receipt of a pension card or health care card.
Tickets are offered to cast and crew at a discount rate. These tickets are only available to bona-fide cast and crew directly involved in the season in question, and these discounted tickets are not available online, via ticket agencies or directly at the box office. They can only be reserved directly through Mixed Salad Productions booking secretary in writing (e.g. on completion of a cast and crew booking form.) We reserve the right to sell cast and crew 'pay at the door' tickets within 10 minutes of curtain up if demand requires and a payment has not been received prior.
Camera, audio and video recorders are banned from our venue. Breach may lead to confiscation of equipment and recording medium and removal of patron from venue. Mobile phones and pagers must be switched off inside the auditorium.
If you are unable to attend a show, or change your mind about the performance you wish to attend, we will endeavor to replace your ticket with one for another show in the same season subject to availability. If there are no tickets available for the season a refund cannot be made.
We will accept a ticket for return if we made an error and shipped the wrong ticket. We will replace the wrong ticket with the correct ticket or issue a refund if the correct ticket is not available. Refunds for tickets will be refunded by cheque. Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded if the correct ticket is not available.
All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on tickets after 14 days.
