Iris unguicularis This is a fine leaved, low growing iris with cheery winter blooms. It is sometimes referred to as Algerian Iris. Blooms are pale blue.We shear the 1cm wide foliage down low in Autumn, as the blooms appear low down. They can be picked and brought inside into a vase.
