HISTORY
In 1959 1st Strathmore split into two seperate groups 1st and 2nd Strathmore.
On the 1st July 1959 2st Strathmore along with the other 4 Strathmore groups (1st, 3rd, 4th and 5th Strathmore) became official members of the Essendon (now Moonee Valley) District.
