Chippy
arrived in 1988 and was our first Curly bitch and was titled before her first
birthday. She was a multi class in-group winner.
Chippy
was trained and run in retrieving trials by Helen, with some success, in
Novice.
Chippy
was a hunter and when out finding the game the temptation to go off and hunt
rabbits was all too much and she provided some good entertainment to spectators
and embarrassment to Helen. Between these wayward trips she managed to put in
some good days at trials providing many a trophy for a place to add to our
other trophies.
Chippy
had 4 litters of puppies and was essentially our foundation bitch providing us
with a good base from which to establish our kennel.
