When:  Our home is available for a non-simultaneous exchange for Christmas 2009/New Year 2010 (our summer!). For ourselves, we would like to travel in autumn 2010 when our home would also be available for a direct exchange. We are also open to Australian exchanges at any time for a minimum period of a week.

Where:  We are most interested in travelling to village locations in England, France, Italy or Spain.  However, we are also open to other European destinations and city properties that offer something special.  For Australian exchanges, we are particularly interested in Tasmania or South Australia (but NOT Sydney!).

Who:  Due to elevated decks and wooden stairs, Casa da Praia is not suitable 
for children between 1 & 5 years of age.  The house is ideal for one or two couples with the living area providing a privacy buffer between the two sleeping levels. 
Maximum occupancy:  6 people

Car:  Subject to satisfactory insurance checks, we can include the use of our four door Volkswagon Polo (manual) if you are able to reciprocate. Your car MUST be suitable for local conditions.
