Speaker Nada Miocevic
Topic 'Clinical and Supervision Aspects of Welfare of Refugees'

RSVP TFTASA Thursday 1st May 2003 for catering purposes
Biography Nada Miocevic is a Social Worker, Immediate Past President of The Victorian Association of Family Therapists Inc. and a clinical member of The Victorian Association
of Family Therapists Inc. and The Australian Association of Marriage and Family Counsellors. Nada is working in private practice . The topic Nada is presenting is timely and of interest to many people in the community who have taken people who are refugees as the 'issue' closest to them in the domain of social justice. Nada is particularly interested in speaking about what does not work in therapy and hence what is 'unethical'. Like Catherines' presentation - Nada brings us to the edges of comfort and certainty about doing what we as therapists do. Nada is also presenting at the National Conference 'Relationships, Reconciliation and Children' scheduled for October 20th - 22nd 2003. Nadas' presentation at the Professional Practice Meeting is an opportunity that others attending the conference will not receive. Please invite others to this event.
