Gladiator Work-in-Progress

I've been working on getting some new portfolio pieces that aim to be quite a huge step-up in the quality of my work. Lots of attention given to getting anatomy right, piling on the detail, and general overall improvement.

The current piece is a Roman Gladiator, inspired by the Gladiator movie, no less. I wanted to have some more real-world characters going on in my portfolio, which is mostly fantasy themed.

Anyway, so far there's just one image to kick off this section, with more to come as I work on the character!
