NUT LOAF WITH EGGS
Half cup margarine
Cream butter and honey. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Add milk and the dry ingredients alternately. Gently stir in fruit and nuts. Grease and flour 2 small nut loaf tins and divide mixture evenly between them. Bake in a moderate oven for 50-60 minutes.

Brown chops in oil then place in a casserole dish. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Bake in m oderately slow oven for 30-40 minutes or until chops are tender. Delicious when served with rice and green vegetables.
