Facilities available to Chikara Budo members are detailed below. Contact your Sensei for your Chikara Budo username and password which you will need to logon.

Equipment
The following equipment can be borrowed by members for training at home by asking your Sensei
"Ouchi
Moto" and "Nakama San" are martial art training dummies used to improve
conditioning and strength- Focus pads to improve power and technique
