G'day, I'm Jack R Herman. I live in Sydney, Australia.
You'll see from my site that my interests include history (my university degree was largely in medieval history), overseas travel and the movies.
For many years I have been involved in science fiction fandom (although I now read more history and crime and certainly more fantasy than Sf) and that gave rise to much of my publishing, including fanzines such as the ones I still contribute to ANZAPA.
In addition to some trip reports on our recent trips overeas, the main sections on the site are those on movies and history.
