Awakening into Oneness, a book by Arjuna
We are pleased to announce the publication of "Awakening into Oneness" by Arjuna Ardagh, published by Sounds True in May 2007. This is the first book about the Oneness Blessing (Oneness Deeksha) to be fully endorsed and authorized by the Oneness University in India, and is based on exclusive interviews with the University's founders, Sri Amma and Sri Bhagavan, as well as with the University's senior staff: Acharyas Anandagiri and Samadarshini, as well a hundreds of Oneness Facilitators all over the world.
About the Book
In the summer of 2005, soon after he had finished his book, The Translucent Revolution, author Arjuna Ardagh received an invitation to visit the Oneness University in South India. Apparently the University’s founder had read Arjuna’s book, liked it, and would like to meet the author. Although neither of them were looking for a new practice, teaching or teacher at the time, both Arjuna and his wife Chameli needed a good rest, and they finally accepted the invitation.
Awakening into Oneness is neither an evangelical text of conversion, nor an expose. It is an attempt to summarize the effects of a movement that has spread extraordinarily quickly all over the world and affected millions of people.
