by John Brooker - Software Channels Manager for Fujitsu Australia Ltd

John used his company's product, i-Flow, to demonstrate how INGRES database users like the Queensland Department of Natural Resources and non-INGRES users like MBF and the Bank of America have benefited from the adoption of BPM and needed each of these essential components.

A Business Process Manager is the part of your Application Infrastructure that addresses critical business functions by allowing you to model, automate, integrate, manage and optimise the processes inherent in every business. Business Process Management is the management of the white spaces in your organisation that is specifically the person to person interactions needed to fulfill a business process in addition to the person to application and application to application interactions. A Business Process Manager will enable your organisation to improve its Business Process Management and enable it to rapidly adapt to changing legislative or market demands.
