Membership Information

Membership to the Queensland Ingres User Group is open to both individuals and corporations who agree to abide by the rules described in our constitution.

Applications for membership to the QIUG are assessed by the Management Committee.

Individual Membership

Individual Membership is open to any person, regardless of employment status, who agrees to abide by the rules described in our constitution. They can be self-employed or employed by small or large corporations, local, state or federal government. Organisations may choose to register their employees as individual members rather than the organisation registering as a corporate member.

Individual members have voting rights provided their membership fees have been paid in full for the current membership year.

The current yearly membership fee for individual members is AUD$20.00 (twenty Australian dollars).

Corporate Membership

Corporate membership is open to any organisation or corporation who agrees to abide by the rules described in our constitution.

Corporate Membership entitles the organisation to unlimited membership with a maximum of ten individual voting rights per corporate membership. Both salaried employees and contractors drawing their main income from the organisation will be covered by corporate membership.

The current yearly membership fee for corporate members is AUD$200.00 (two hundred Australian dollars).
