Hello there. Welcome to WebTutor. If you're like many people, you've thought about making your own web page. TAKE NOTE This is WebTutor v.3.8, it is not the latest version. Consiquently some of the links for online URLs may not work any more (sorry). Never the less the main part of this tutor DOES WORK COMMENT The tutor was written for Windows users - BUT - it works just as well for other O/S like Linux. Where you see NOTEPAD, use any native Linux Text editor or NON-wysiwyg HTML editor.
