wk6 lab info for ebus::


notes.tar needs to untar to ~/dotlrn/packages/notes
(notes is not included directory, mkdir first then cd, then save to that dir and untar)

same with:

dotlrn-notes.tar
	--> ~/.../dotlrn-notes

notes-portlet.tar
	--> ~/.../notes-portlet


should all be fixed to work with notes instead of news
summary tcl & adp files removed
replaced notes-portlet www/ files

upto:: Exercise 3: Test the Notes Portlet

(also have pre-set singleton pattern to false, so should allow more than one instance
of notes application)
