No surprises this time - lots of high resolution panoramas (again). But also a few frogs, an electric peacock, a steam engine, a man affected by the full moon, and plenty of mountain views. STRANGE FRUIT added October '05. Wentworth Falls and some Google Earth locations added December.

Wentworth Falls is less touristed and therefore more interesting than Katoomba/Echo Point. In this image you can
see a group of people standing at the top of the falls, some more swimming at the bottom, and a few looking out on the lookout
near the top centre.
Strange Fruit at Floriade, September 2005. If you get the opportunity to see them, don't miss it.

Strange Fruit is a brilliant troupe of "dancers on flexible poles". Romantic, dramatic, lyrical, mysterious, surreal. Nothing else like it. They tour internationally, but still quite unfamous. See their website.

Their name presumably comes from a very dark - gruesome - blues song made famous by Billie Holiday. Actually I doubt there is much relationship intended by this entertainment group to this bleak song but the name is unusual enough to draw the connection.
