What do we do? |
|
We have around twelve rallies a year, where as many members as possible visit a nominated caravan park. Members are free to come and go as they please with very little organised activity.Members may go sight-seeing, sit by a river and fish or sit under their awning and read a book. The only organised activity is the daily "Happy Hour" and attendance is not compulsory, although we may talk about those absent. If possible, an evening meal at a local hotel is arranged for the Saturday night. Of course you may prefer a quiet night in your van and not share your bottle of bubbly.Rallies are usually held over a weekend each month from Friday to Sunday and over long weekends when they occur in a month. Many retired members prefer to arrive early and watch with pleasure as others practice reversing into sites. |
