Richmond Community Learning Centre (RCLC) is a place of welcome and
support for people to gather, make friends, learn skills
and share ideas. We have close links with families and seek to further develop
connections with community members through our low-cost
programs and groups. RCLC is also a Learn Local organisation providing
ACFE-funded adult education programs.
