KDX200F Downloads & Links

This is a collection of links and my own downloads for the KDX200F and other variants. The “F” model or AKA “SR” has the road going gear like blinkers and horn for registration on Australian roads. I am by no means an expert and have put together this list to help fellow KDX’ers out as some of this info is almost impossible to come by.

KDX200 F1 Wiring Diagram – This is what I believe to be from an 89 KDX200F. Being that the wiring from 89 to 94 didn’t seem to change much it should cover the 89 – 94 models. It worked for my 91 KDX200F.(Right click on the link and select “Save target As”).

KDX200 Oil Pump Adjustment – This is the oil pump adjustment instructions that most riders seem to disconnect in favor of just straight premix. (Right click on the link and select “Save target As”).

KDX200 SR Info - Good info on the “SR” variant which seems to be very similar to the “F”. Good collection of hop ups and mods to make to get the beast going.

Kawasaki Japan Parts Fiche - A good resource for the “SR” parts lookup. Yes it is in Japanese but all the model codes and numbers and in English. You will work it out.
