The Elements

There are four physical elements and each preside over various aras of our lives.

The way in which we interact with each element varies from person to person and a good working relation ship with each is essential, as we rely on them to assist us in our spellcasting. Each element rules over a different area of your life. While passion is fire and security is earth they can be interchangeable for some things. If you are going to call the elements to witness and assist you in your rituals you will need you know and understand their various properties and abilities. These include the ways to attract them and keep their elementals happy and interested in your work and want to assist you.

Spend some time with each element. Immerse yourself in water, take your shoes off and wriggle your feet into the soil, stand with your arms outstreched while the wind blows around you and sit infront of the warmth of a fire. While you do this clear your mind of everything but the sensations that they bring. When ever you need to invloke the elements you can use the rememberance of these feelings to help you connect with their elementals.
