Tara was our first import from the world famous Eaglescrag kennels of Mrs. Ruth Jenkins. She was a beautiful, free moving girl who did much to change the way we understood ‘type’ in the breed! Our bitch line still traces directly back to Tara, and we were very privileged to receive her at that early stage of our time in the breed, and doubly honoured when Ruth included our kennel name (Tirowen) in her official (KC) pedigree name. Tara was both a Specialty BIS winner and BIS at All Breeds level.
