I was blown away at the friendliness of the group and I will always remember that one afternoon I had with the girls and boys in the snow, their determination to reach the top of the mountain and the energy they had to complete their goal. It was really inspiring to see their willingness to share and show enjoyment at each other's improvements in their abilities on their snowboards. lol. i have never seen anyone go down a hill so fast - it was great to see. these children really opened my eyes to see how fortunate we are, and how by focusing on the positive we can achieve anything (with God, of course). My friends and i had a super fun time having the snow fight, eating snow (ohh) and most of all just being able to share the moment of reaching the top of the lift with the kids. I really pray that your church can keep inviting these kids to these activities and by that, inviting them into a relationship with God.
