Paradise Bungalow - Paradise Beach Accommodation

A waterfront, fully self–contained, air conditioned, 3 - bedroom cottage situated on the shores of St Georges Basin. It comfortably sleeps 8. Elevated with undercover parking it offers views over the lake to the mountains. Ideal for the family holiday or for that romantic weekend away. There is a sandy beach for children located at the foot of the grassy level garden. A prawners’ and fisherman’s delight. Superb swimming, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, kite sailing and windsurfing. It is close to many other amenities including the Country Club, 2 golf courses, tennis courts, national parks, whale/dolphin cruises, fishing & diving charters, many wineries, award winning restaurants, walking tracks, cycle-ways. AND only 7 minutes to the pristine waters of Jervis Bay Marine Park.

The cottage has polished floorboards. The main bedroom has a queen and trundle bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has another living area and has 2 singles + queen (a second family or teen retreat).The lounge room consists of a two-seat sofa and a three-seat sofa bed.

It has a single bathroom consisting of a shower, toilet and vanity. There is another shower in the laundry as well as an outdoor shower. A second toilet exists outside.

The large yard is enclosed by a waist, high wire fence - ideal for dogs.

There is undercover parking for three cars as well as off street parking for boats.

There is a reverse cycle air conditioner, microwave oven, new dishwasher, 2 TVs, 2 D.V.D players. C.D. player, MP3- ipod speakers, gas B.B.Q and a phone for local calls: (02 44 430452).

Linen supplied consists of light-weight doonas and doona covers, pillows, blankets, mattress protectors, bathmat, tea towels.

Sheets, pillowcases and bath towels may be supplied for an extra $20 pp.

Otherwise you need to bring your own sheets, pillowslips and towels.

Directions

3o minutes drive south of NOWRA. Take the Jervis Bay turnoff and follow it until you come to a roundabout. Turn right at this round about. Turn left at the next roundabout and follow this road past the shops, past the Country Club and turn into Walmer Ave.
