Couldn't be bothered exploring? Here are maps that show all of the sites that have map markers, and some that don't. The Doomstones are represented on this map by the "Place of Interest" icon used in the game. They are meant for viewing on a portable like a PSP, so you don't have to Alt+Tab out of the game, but the complete map is available at the top of the list.
