Postage Information

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ABOUT
ORDERING, FAULTY CDS AND REFUNDS.

Welcome to the improved catalogue. Even since this wepbage's launch on the 15th August, it has changed. We did have a shopping cart that took people directly to the checkout, but there was no way of doing that AND making the postage charges accurate. So we have changed the ordering procedure a little. Payments are still through Pay Pal and all prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD$).

ORDERING PROCEDURE

1). When you have chosen the items that you wish to purchase, send me an email giving me the following details:-

Catalogue Number
Title Of The CD
Price
Quantity
Total Of Order
Type of postage that you
require eg: Sea Mail, Air Mail,
International Air Courier
Insurance, if you require it (see below)

2). When I have received your order, I will weigh them here going Australian Postal charges.

3). I will then send you an email in the form of an Invoice. It will detail your order, the Pay Pal percentage charges, postage and handling and insurance if you have requested it.

4). At the end of this email, there will be a "Pay Pal - Pay Now" button. This is the point where you pay for your order and when I receive an email from Pay Pal informing me of the payment, and when the funds have cleared into my account, your order will then commence.

5). My promise to you is that you will be informed of everything that is going on throughout your order. All I ask in return is that you email me when you have recieved your order.

FAULTY CDS & REFUNDS

Whereas we do not expect any faulty CDs to arrive on your doorstep, one must allow for such things, "just in case". In this respect, we will replace CDs when the original faulty one has been sent back to us. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to refund, so please choose wisely. All CDs are now presented in DVD cases as they travel better and are less likely to crack and shatter in transit. It also means that presentation is better. If, in the unlikely event, a DVD case has been damaged in transit, this is not our fault. We do not mind replacing faulty CDs but we are not in a position to replace DVD cases when those items are readily available. All items will leave here in excellent condition and packaged properly to prevent such occurrences.

INSURANCE

In regards to your order, we cannot track Australia Post due to their system, consignment numbers do not exist. Neither we or the customer are covered for Australia Post if a parcel is missing. Using Postal services is done at the customer's risk. Unfortunately we have no control over this.

We STRONGLY recommend that customers insure their goods as unforseen circumstances can result in lost or damage to your goods during transit and we cannot be held responsible.
