Mhairi Clark

All research activities undertaken by OWL are devised, developed and managed by Mhairi Clark. As well as managing quantitative studies (sub-contracting teams of field or telephone interviewers), she conducts her own executive interviews and moderates all focus group discussions across a wide range of topics.

Mhairi has been a member of the Market Research Society of Australia for more than 20 years, holding positions on the State Executive, the Business-to-Business Research Unit and the Ethics Committee. In 1984 she co-authored the industry's first Quality Standards publication: 'Australian Fieldwork Handbook'.

For 12 years she was senior lecturer in travel and tourism research at S.I.T. - Ultimo and TAFE - Ryde. In 2002 Mhairi was awarded the letter QPMR (Qualified Practicing Market Researcher) by the Society in recognition of her extensive experience in all forms of research methodology.
